This sign has an unmistakeable similarity to Three Types, the very first sign ever posted on Road Sign Math.

This sign tries to obsure it's mathematical relationship by putting numbers far away from each other, and even trying to hide one number inside the road indicator. Remember that because of rule #4 the "D48" is used as 48.
