Randy Weiss brings another mathematically significant roadsign. This time from New Hampshire. The sign itself is rather unremarkable, and doesn't seem to lead to anywhere particularly exciting. But it does have math!

This sign invokes the squaring function, but does it the long way.

$(4 \times 4) + 1 = 17$

This sign is on I-89 southbound, not far from the Vermont border.
