Road Sign Math first-timer Dan Bock finds the first mathematically significant roadsign from North Carolina. Mr. Bock spent weeks hunting for a sign in the Raleigh/Durham area and then decided to head to Charlotte to look for signs. His persistence paid off!
At first glance these signs seem to be independent, and would thus have to be considered seperate numbers sets according to the rules. However, luckily Bock sent a high resolution photo and we were able to verify that there is a metal brace connecting the two signs!
The math hers is nice and simple.

This sign is found on Albemarle Road, heading eastbound, at the intersection of Blair Road.
